Generic Towing was once the only towing company in Fort Saint John, but as competition sprung up, so did the need to single themselves out from the rest. They required an online presence, but wanted something more that just a website. They wanted to be able to demonstrate their towing capabilities while keeping in contact with their clientele, thus remaining on top of their minds.


In addition to building their website, I created an email based notification system called the ‘Generic Auto Club’. Subscribers receive advance notice of special deals and other exclusive updates. The Generic Towing website also features a section for news updates and showcases the company’s vehicles.
