FACILITY RENTALS & EVENT REQUESTS
The North Peace Rod & Gun Club offers limited rental opportunities for approved groups, organizations, businesses, and events.
Available rental areas may include:
- Clubhouse
- Trap Range
- Big Bore Range
- Pistol Bay Range
- Indoor Range
- Outdoor range areas, where approved
- Barbecue access, where available
All rentals are subject to club approval, facility availability, range rules, safety requirements, insurance requirements, and appropriate supervision.
Clubhouse Rentals
The clubhouse is available for approved social events, meetings, small gatherings, and private functions.
The clubhouse includes:
- Seating area
- Small kitchen area
- Indoor gathering space
- Access to washroom facilities
- Barbecue access, where available
Clubhouse rentals are a great option for meetings, celebrations, team gatherings, or as an add-on to trap range rentals, corporate events, or organized shooting activities.
BUSINESS & CORPORATE EVENTS
The club may be able to accommodate approved business, corporate, or team-building events.
These events may include clubhouse use, trap range access, barbecue access, and structured shooting activities where available.
Businesses interested in hosting an event are encouraged to submit a request with as much detail as possible so the club can determine availability, staffing needs, range requirements, and safety considerations.
RANGE RENTALS
Range rentals may be available for approved shooting events, corporate groups, training sessions, private bookings, matches, and competitions.
Range rental requests may include:
- Trap shooting events
- Corporate or business team-building events
- Private group bookings
- Shooting matches or competitions
- Training and educational sessions
- Club-approved recreational shooting events
All range rentals require appropriate safety planning, supervision, and approval before confirmation.
BEFORE SUBMITTING A RENTAL REQUEST
Please note:
- Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or availability.
- All rentals must follow club rules, range procedures, and safety standards.
- Additional requirements may apply depending on the type of event.
- Range use may require certified Range Officers, approved supervision, or club-designated operators.
- Insurance or documentation may be required for some rentals or events.
- Fees vary depending on the facility, duration, event type, and support required.
- A club representative will review your request and follow up.
This rental form can be modified at any time by the Club Executive.
Count-Down Trap cards
Count-Down Trap cards can be purchased from the Range Operator.
NB - Countdown Cards can be purchased by Members
Count Up Cards will be issued for Non-Members or Members - Pay upon use
The club does not sell ammunition or rent out firearms.
Range Fees
Members:
Range fees are included in membership, excluding Clay Fees.
Drop-in Non Member:
$30.00 per day single or family
Each attendance entitles a member to one target free of charge, use of stapler, and a rifle rest
Shooting Clays
(subject to change at any time as approved by Directors)
Members:
$7.50/round of 25
$3.75/round of 25 (Junior Members)
Non-Members:
$8.50/round of 25 clays
